This can be setup through the standard print queue redirection built into the remote desktop protocol by enabling the option in the remote desktop connection client and installing the drivers for the printer onto the terminal server server. The terminal server will then create a redirected print queue and enable the users to print to the local printer from within the terminal server session.

From the remote desktop connection client click on show options, then select the local resources tab and under local devices and resources option select printers. Then go back to the general tab and click save to save the settings.
